We hope that you always love everything you purchase from Shugei Craft. However we know that sometimes things just don't work out. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policies below (one for the US and one for outside the US) for information on what is needed to process a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges in the United States

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt. Please include the email address attached to your order or the order number to help us identify your order as quickly as possible. If we're unable to link your item to a specific order, we won't be able to process the return or exchange.

Returns

  • Items can't be returned if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
  • Except for fabric, all items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Fabric can't be returned if it has been washed, cut, or otherwise altered.
  • Individual parts of a bundle or set can't be returned on their own.
  • Promotional or giveaway items can't be returned.
  • Return shipping is free.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.

Once we identify your order, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to ship the goods back to us. Once the items have been received and the return approved, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method (excl. original shipping costs).

Exchanges

  • Items can't be exchanged if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
  • Except for fabric, all items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Fabric can't be exchanged if it has been washed, cut, or otherwise altered.
  • Individual parts of a bundle or set can't be exchanged on their own.
  • Promotional or giveaway items can't be exchanged.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
  • If an item is exchanged for another of lesser value, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
  • Items you receive as part of an exchange are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged themselves.

Once we identify your order, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to ship the goods back to us. Once the items have been received and the exchange approved, your new item(s) will be shipped to the original purchase address and any refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

If you need the new item to be shipped to a different location, please let us know when contacting us about the exchange.

Returns & Exchanges Outside the United States

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt. Please include the email address attached to your order or the order number to help us identify your order as quickly as possible. If we're unable to link your item to a specific order, we won't be able to process the return.

  • Items can't be returned if more than 60 days have passed since the purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
  • Except for fabric, all items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Fabric can't be returned if it has been washed, cut, or otherwise altered.
  • Individual parts of a bundle or set can't be returned on their own.
  • Promotional or giveaway items can't be returned.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there was an error on our part.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for items sent to addresses outside the United States. We really do hope to offer this one day! 

You are welcome to use any shipping method you like to return your items. We highly recommend using a service that provides tracking information.

Once the items have been received and the return approved, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method (excl. original shipping costs).

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to handle exchanges for orders shipped to addresses outside the United States at this time. We hope to provide this service one day!
